Meet Dr. Craig Seager, Board-Certified Orthodontist

A Path Rooted in Education and Leadership

Dr. Craig Seager grew up in the towns of Houston, Texas and Denver, Colorado. He attended Brigham Young University, completing his Bachelor of Science degree in 2003. He went on to earn his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 2007, graduating with Honors in Research. During his time there, he was elected and served two years as president of the Health Science Center’s Student Government Association.

Specialized Orthodontic Expertise

In the summer of 2007, Dr. Seager began his orthodontic residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, where he earned his Master of Science in Dentistry in 2009. His residency included extensive training in both adolescent and adult orthodontic diagnosis and treatment. He is also fluent in Spanish, which allows him to connect and communicate more effectively with Spanish-speaking patients.

Dr. Seager is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics—a distinction held by only 30% of orthodontists. He is also an active member of the American Association of Orthodontics and the Colorado Dental Association, and serves on the University of Colorado Health Cleft Palate Team.

Family-Focused and Colorado Proud

Dr. Seager and his wife, Melissa, were married in 2001 and are the proud parents of three daughters. Having grown up in the Denver area, Dr. Seager always knew he wanted to live and practice in Colorado. When it came time to settle down, Northern Colorado offered the perfect blend of family-centered communities and outdoor adventure. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, golf, running, fly-fishing, and camping with his family.
