Where work is FUN and it's FUN to work

We are always looking for caring, dependable, professional, fun people here at ToothZone. In fact, we want the best people with the best attitudes to whom we can bring the skill and training necessary for them to be successful here at ToothZone.

At the ToothZone we think having fun while we work shows our patients we care and want to be involved with them. It also helps us to appreciate our jobs and the people you work with. Dr. Obermann, the Founder of ToothZone, believes that one of the biggest benefits of having fun while working is that it builds team spirit.

Thomas Edison said, “I never did a day of work in my life.  It was all fun.”  This comes from a man who was known to rarely sleep more than a few hours each night and would work tirelessly to solve problems and invent new solutions.  

Some people naturally have a blast while doing their job. They buckle down for a days' work and get energized by it.  Being someone who has fun doing their job doesn’t often get you a big paycheck, but you do become a go-to person in the office culture.  

Don’t get us wrong, we are not looking for “goof offs” that aren’t
good at what they do and are only looking for an all fun, no work job.  If you have excellent skills, and you’re good at your job and can show your fun side you’re the kind of person we want on the ToothZone staff.

Joy is contagious. People can feel it. We want our patient families to have no question that you really enjoy taking care of their kids. That’s why we put so much time into training our staff on patient skills. Every month ToothZone employees attend a Work Skills Retreat to study ways that we can do a better job serving our patients and their families.
